The Christian County Headliner News will host a question-and-answer forum at the Ozark Square on Thursday, July 16 to begin at 6:00 pm. Editor Steve Chapman will moderate the forum. Candidates for U.S. Representative District &, State Representative for Districts 138, 139 and 140, and Christian County Presiding Commissioner in the upcoming election on Tuesday, Aug. 4, will all be invited to participate in the forum. The Headliner does not guarantee that candidates invited to the forum will choose to appear. The forum will proceed regardless of how many candidates choose to attend. 

Members of the public are also invited to submit questions to be asked of the candidates during the forum. The questions may be submitted via email at stevec@ccheadliner.com. Questions should not be directed to one specific candidate, but to at least all candidates running for a particular office. The Headliner cannot guarantee that a submitted question will be used during the forum, but after the forum, all questions submitted will be forwarded to candidates who wish to see them. 

In the event of rain, the forum will be rescheduled for Thursday, July 23.
