Kelly helps with Marketing & Sales at Torgerson Design Partners. She is originally from Connecticut but moved to Springfield, MO in May 2022 and recently bought a house in Ozark April of 2024, where she immediately knew she was in the right place. She earned her degree in Advertising and General Business at Iowa State University. She was also a part of athletics and was a D1 gymnast. Her academics and athletics led her to fall in love with the community aspect of Advertising, Social Media and Marketing. Kelly loves the reach social media and marketing has which allows you to collaborate and have the ability to view all of the different services/work from around the world. Kelly is passionate about helping others and using the creative side of her brain to do so. She is most excited about being part of such an incredible community and to help TDP be the best version of themselves.

Liza was raised in Ozark and has lived in Christian County for almost 40 years. She graduated from the law enforcement academy at Drury University and has served in law enforcement for the past 20 years. Anna Torgerson O’Dell
There are 4 things that drive me: God, family, people, and community. Most things I do in life I make sure can fall into those 4 categories. I earned my degree in marketing and communication through the University of Missouri. After returning home I jumped into the world of Architecture, as the Director of Marketing for Torgerson Design Partners. I have learned many of the ins and outs of land development, commercial and residential design, real estate, and problem solving creative solutions to achieve your goals. As an Ozark native, I am passionate about helping grow the community, building lasting connections and relationships and desire that the Ozarks continue being a place many people are proud to call home.
Now, I am pairing all those skills with my love for real estate and people! The ability to have an impact and build relationships with an individual or family’s lives is what excites me the most about my career. I have lived in Ozark for over 51 years and in Christian County all my life. I have a BS in Business Management from Missouri State University and an Associate Degree in Office Administration from SMSU. I retired from Kraft Foods Springfield after 38 years exiting as the Safety Security & Environmental Coordinator. I served on the Ozark Schools Board of Education for 27 years and on the Missouri School Board Association as a BOD for 4 years and as the Vice President and President Elect the past two years. Currently I am serving on the Ozark Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and serving as the Chamber Chief Ambassador. My life is filled with happiness serving as a volunteer with several other organizations - Impact100 Ozark, Ozark Farmers Market Board of Director, Ozark Citizens Fire Academy Alumni as VP, and an Ambassador for McCauley Foundation.

I am an artist, singer/songwriter and novelist actively involved in various local art scenes in Springfield, MO. I split homes between Ozark, MO where my close friend and stepdaughter lives and Springfield where I live and work.
Chris McNeal
Chris is the Managing Director at Stained Glass Theatre in Ozark. She earned her degree in Communications and Journalism from Drury College. Chris has lived in Southwest MO her entire life, and in Christian County since 2001. Chris enjoys serving her community, and is passionate about the ministry of Stained Glass Theatre: Serving Christ through the Arts. She began her journey in full time Christian Theatre as a volunteer at Stained Glass Theatre in 1995, and has been actively involved ever since. She spent a short time on staff as the Box Office Manager in 2001-2002, and came on staff again as Managing Director in 2020. She and her husband James have two sons, and you can find the whole family volunteering around the theatre together both on and off stage. When not acting, directing, ushering, or running tech for a production, Chris is also the Logistics Coordinator for the Operation Christmas Child Ozark Mountain Area Team, serving Christian, Stone, and Taney counties. She loves being involved with two ministries that allow her to serve alongside her family. In her free time she loves to travel with her family, play board games, and cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs.
