Marabella is planned as a thoughtfully designed community with more than 550 residential lots to be developed in phases. The development will feature approximately 48 acres of green space and recreational areas, representing 21 percent of the total acreage, along with a 4.3-mile trail system. 

Planned amenities include swimming pools, a splash pad, clubhouse, sports courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, picnic shelters, water features and gathering spaces designed to encourage recreation and connection among residents. 

The economic impact of a development of this size will extend throughout the Ozark area. Construction and infrastructure investment will support local contractors, skilled trades and service providers throughout the development’s multiple phases. As new homes and families are added, Marbella will also expand Ozark’s housing supply, strengthen the local property tax base and generate additional spending for area restaurants, retailers and service-based businesses.
