Handmade Pasta

Join Finley Farms Executive Chef Kevin Korman to learn the craft of handmade pasta. Along the way, you’ll make dough and learn how to shape noodles while learning basic pasta terminology and fun facts. During the workshop, you’ll create two different types of pastas: Triangoli and Maltagliati. In addition, you’ll whip up pesto and brown butter & sage sauces to accompany your pastas. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy your handmade creations!
