Learn how to weave a beautiful circular rug during this workshop with local fabric arts instructor Jonee Davis. Bonus: No experience is required! Hailing from Scandinavian countries, wagon wheel rugs made from wool and flannel first appeared in North America in the 1800s. Originally made on wooden wagon wheels, you’ll learn a weaving technique that instead utilizes a 12” ring. After you’ve established your weaving foundation and asked Jonee all of your burning questions, you’ll head home with the ring, a wagon wheel sample and the instructions to make any size rug.
