Sunset Yoga at Finley Farms

End your day with a relaxing sunset yoga session at Finley Farms. Leslie Smith, an RYT200 with a background in ashtanga, hatha and mindfulness, leads the hour-long, all-ages class. The relaxation session includes a 10-minute meditation followed by a complimentary herb-infused water or tea. Make sure to bring your own mat and water. Depending on weather and temperature, the class will be held outdoors at The Chapel or inside at The Workshop. An email will be sent in advance of the event communicating meetup location.
