Over The Edge

The Child Advocacy Center will once again take their fundraising to new heights on June 7th & 8th with the 4th Annual OVER THE EDGE 2019. We are offering 92 people the opportunity to rappel down the Sky Eleven building in downtown Springfield. In exchange, each participant must raise a minimum of $1,000 to support the CAC’s mission of putting the needs of the child first in the investigation of abuse. The CAC’s 2018 Over the Edge event raised more than $185,000 to support its mission. “Because of overwhelming community support and the event’s success, we are excited for Over The Edge 2019. We will have limited rappel opportunity on Friday evening for our top fundraisers, then on Saturday we have room for 92 rappelers,” says Linda Saturno. Registration and information are available at https://childadvocacycenter.org/over-the-edge/. Participants must raise a minimum of $1,000 before May 31st to secure their rappel spot. The $1,000 amount is the estimated cost of serving one child at the CAC.
