Ozark Chamber of Commerce: Business of the Year Nomination Form

Thank you for participating in recognizing excellence within our business community. The "Business of the Year" award highlights an Ozark Chamber member business that has demonstrated exceptional achievement, community involvement, and dedication to the local economy.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a current member of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce.
• Must have been in operation for at least one year as of the nomination deadline.
• Should exemplify excellence in business practices and community engagement.

Nominations must be submitted by January 19, 2025
