Bounce houses, fun, and food. 
    Come help cut, and eat, the Giant Cake and meet a few of our local military and emergency response personnel!

Why: To Show Our Gratitude To Our Gratitude to our Veterans, to help in the healing processes and to benefit local animal shelters. A large number of returning military veterans suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Their Goal: To help heal the emotional wounds of military veterans by paring them with a shelter animal that is specially selected to match his or her personality 
What It Does: This program covers adoption fees for veterans in the Springfield Missouri Area & Surrounding Communities.
Who: Veterans with proof of service can apply.  Ask for details at your local shelter. 
Veterans who have been diagnosed with PTSD can adopt a pet for free.

   This is a joint Ribbon Cutting with the Nixa Chamber of Commerce.  Hopefully by August we can have a Triple shot and invite the new Sparta Chamber to participate as well!

Titan Comics Presents: Doctor Who Comics Day! August 15, 2015.  Four Doctors! 3 Companions! All new Dr. Who comics!  Cosplay your favorite doctor who character and enjoy Dr. Who themed snacks.  Fun activiites provides as well, such as a Doctor Who quiz.  Fun for all ages!  All day long!

This hands-on workshop will teach participants basic features of Excel.  Increase your skill level by taking this session and learn the "how-to's" for creating spreadsheets, basic formulas, functions, graphs and financial reporting. Books are available for purchase prior to the workshop for an additional $25 (not required) Work smarter, not harder!

   Ozark Senior Center's Annual Dinner, Live and Silent Auction  FUNdraiser !
Come eat some great barbecue and enjoy great company while viewing some gorgeous auction items!

Do you want to help share in the meaning of Christmas with our community?  Do you like Ozark's hometown charm and want be a part of something fun for the winter season?  Then YOU"RE INVITED - all of our esteemed Ozark Chamber of Commerce Members and local residents can volunteer to be a part of the 2015 Christmas Parade Committee!  We will start our meetings next week- to break it down this is a 3 month commitment with bi- weekly meetings and individual assignments to support the Big Day.  
   The Annual Ozark Christmas Parade itself will be Saturday November 21st 2015 at 5pm, with the 4C Sertoma Jingle Bell Jog preceding the parade.  
   
    Committee will meet at Village Inn on Wednesday August 26 from 12-1 pm and everyone can have a free piece of pie with their lunch.  (Each person pays for their own meal)
