Meetings held on second Thursday of every month at 5:30p @ City Hall (in Council Chambers).
"Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority is commissioned by the City of Ozark and is in charge of the redevelopment area in downtown Ozark." --LCRA
"The LCRA recommends development incentives such as tax abatement and tax-exempt revenue bonds. The Authority also recommends condemnation of commercial, industrial, and residential properties for the redevelopment of areas approved by the Ozark Board of Aldermen."
