Event Description:
The Pink Ribbon Bagel concept began in 2001 when Sue Stees, co-owner of Panera’s first Franchise, and a breast cancer survivor, began searching for ways to help other women fighting the same disease. Sue is a 30-year breast cancer survivor and we are excited to help continue promoting “Sue’s Hope for You” and Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
As a way to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness month, we hope you will consider adding Panera’s Pink Ribbon Bagel to your catering order. For every Pink Ribbon Bagel sold during October, we will donate 25 cents to BCFO. In addition, for every pre-ordered Pink Ribbon Bagel Pack for pickup on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 we will give 100% of the sales to BCFO.
To help kick off this great promotion, we will host a six-hour telethon, complete with heartwarming stories, great music from 106.7 The River, and local celebrities. During the telethon, BCFO and Panera volunteers will answer calls from local businesses, families and individuals who would like to pre-order their Pink Ribbon Bagel Packs. 1. Become a Bagel Bash sponsor during the Radiothon. If you or a business would like to sponsor a segment during the Bagel Bash, please call me at your earliest convenience.
2. Secure your tasty treats today by pre-ordering your Ribbon Bagel Packs, please see attached form and send it to me via fax or email.
3. Be a part of the Radiothon experience and call and place your pre-order over the phone during the Bagel Bash. Please call 417-862-3838 on Thursday, September 11, 2014 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and say “Bagel Bash Please.”
