The MU Extension's Small Business & Technology Development Center is offering a workshop entitled:
"Introduction to QuickBooks for Your Business"
December 2nd 9:00am - 5:00pm
This
hands-on workshops will give QuickBooks users an overview of several features available to help enhance their accounting processes. Attendees will learn how to navigate in the program, set up a new company and other features available to boost the accuracy of your small business accounting. Laptops will be provided along with a participant manual and sample company file. A one hour lunch break is scheduled for lunch on your own.
Member $125 and Non-members $155.
This powerful accounting system for small businesses will enable you to track the progress of your company and at the same time allow you to focus on your business, not on being an accountant. QuickBooks is a tool you can use to automate the tasks you will need to perform as a business owner to document and track the accounting activity of your existing business, or to set up a new business. This course will provide an opportunity for hands-on practice. It is designed for PC users only.
