Is there a fee to vote?   This  "fee"  has been paid for you through the sacrifices of the thousands of men and women in uniform,  from the American Revolution through to Operation Enduring Freedom all the way to today's current fights both foreign and domestic, who have battled for those of us at home so we can continue to enjoy full access and freedom to cast our vote.

The fee has also been paid by the men and women who came before you who worked in civil service, private industry, non profit groups including civil, human, and voting rights activists. These people fought the battles so the generations of today are able to take 10 minutes of their day and choose who will represent them in their City, County, State, and in Washington D.C.   ......Please don't let the valiant efforts of our hero's in the past and present be in vain.
